Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rental Nest Solutions (“we”, “us”, “QuickPrint Pro”) collects, uses, stores and deletes information when you use the QuickPrint Pro kiosk network. We operate in accordance with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and follow GDPR-aligned best practices.

1. Information we collect

• Documents you upload for printing (PDF / JPG / PNG). These are stored only for the time required to print them.
• Print metadata — page count, color/sides, copies, total price.
• Payment information — handled directly by Razorpay; we never see your card / UPI credentials.
• Device information — anonymous browser headers and an IP-based approximate location used for the "Find Nearby Kiosk" feature.
• Merchant account data (for shop owners only) — name, email, hashed password, Razorpay API keys.

2. How your document is processed

Your uploaded file is sent to the kiosk's local Print Agent over a secure WebSocket tunnel. The agent downloads it to a temporary directory, sends it to the printer, and auto-deletes the local copy within seconds of spooling. The cloud-side copy is also periodically purged. We never train models on your documents and we never share them with third parties.

3. Payment data

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under their own privacy policy. QuickPrint Pro receives only the payment status, signature and reference IDs — never your card number, UPI handle or bank details.

4. Your rights

• You can request immediate deletion of your account and all related metadata by emailing support@quickprintpro.in.
• You can ask for a copy of any data we hold about you.
• You can withdraw consent at any time; this stops further processing.

5. Cookies

The merchant dashboard stores a short-lived JWT token in your browser's localStorage for session continuity. The kiosk customer flow uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
