By using QuickPrint Pro ("the Service") — whether as an end-customer printing a document or as a merchant operating a kiosk — you accept these Terms in full. The Service is operated by Rental Nest Solutions ("we", "us") from Maharajpur Kawardha, Chhattisgarh, India.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to upload documents to a public kiosk. Merchants must hold a valid Indian business identity and an active Razorpay account.

2. Acceptable use

You will not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates any third-party rights.
You will not attempt to bypass payment, tamper with kiosks, or reverse-engineer the Print Agent.
You are solely responsible for the content of every document you print.

3. Pricing & payment

Each shop owner sets their own per-page rate. The price displayed on the kiosk screen is final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; QuickPrint Pro is not the merchant of record for the print transaction — the shop owner is.

4. Service availability

We work hard to keep the network online 24×7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual kiosks may be offline for maintenance, power loss, paper-out, or connectivity issues. The dashboard always shows live printer status before you pay.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific print job that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any merchant account that violates these Terms, abuses the platform, or fails to maintain a working Razorpay account. End-customers may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kawardha, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new Terms.
